Hey there!
I was inspired by girls sweatsuits and I had to make me some too. I decided on the Good Vibes Joggers (because they have a capri option) and the Favorite Sweater both from Ellie and Mac. The fabric is leftover from my oldest daughter’s sweatsuit, it’s french terry from Fashion Fabrics Club.
I really wanted pockets and although this pattern does have pockets I wanted inseam ones. I wasn’t sure how it was going to look given that these joggers are fitted. Someone did suggest topstitching flat pockets on the outside, Genius! However it was too late from me… I had already finished my joggers by time that suggestion came in, maybe next time.
Lately I’ve been feeling off the shoulder tops, I have 3 of those style of patterns by 3 different companies…smh. I liked the favorite sweater for it’s banded top, it gives you the option to mixed prints and such (which I did).
I really like this outfit and it’s great for around the house when you want to look super cute, and still comfy; Making yourself think you got your life together lol.
